Tracy Graham

Tracy Graham is the Managing Principal of Graham Allen Partners.  Tracy has fourteen years of executive level experience in the technology industry as both an entrepreneur and executive. 

Prior to founding Graham Allen Partners, Tracy was President and co-founder of GramTel. Before being acquired by Cincinnati Bell, Tracy led GramTel to become the largest provider of managed data center services in the state of Indiana and the largest privately-held provider in the Midwest.  In addition to founding GramTel, Tracy was also the founder of Internet Services Management Group. Under his direction, the firm became the second largest privately held ISP in the United States.

Tracy has a long history of community service, currently serving on the boards of Davenport University (Vice-Chairman), Memorial Hospital, Stanley Clark School, and WNIT (a Public Broadcasting Television Station).  Tracy graduated from the University of Notre Dame and later attended the Indiana University Graduate School of Education.


Mary Jo Ogren

Mary Jo Ogren is the Director of Operations at Graham Allen Partners.  Mary Jo’s responsibilities include managing the day-to-day activities of the firm as well as investor relations and administrative support. She also manages special projects in alignment with the firm’s vision as well as coordinating strategic planning, training, and community involvement. 

Prior to joining Graham Allen Partners, Mary Jo worked in the field of education and is a licensed School Administrator. Mary Jo earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame before receiving a Master’s of Science degree in Education from Indiana University.
