Brent is a Managing Director on the Graham Allen Partners’ Investment Team and leads the firm’s healthcare group. He is responsible for all aspects of the deal process including: deal origination; financial, strategic, and risk analysis; due diligence; transaction structuring and negotiation; and post-closing portfolio company oversight.
Prior to joining Graham Allen, Brent spent five years in public accounting; where he provided assurance and business advisory services to healthcare companies throughout the Pacific Northwest.
A native of Portland, Oregon, Brent earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Oregon and his M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated magna cum laude.
