Susan serves as Graham Allen’s Head of Partner Relations responsible for fundraising and sourcing. During her tenure with GAP she has served as an interim operational executive in multiple portfolio companies prior to assuming her current role.
Prior to joining GAP, Susan was a tenured Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates working with a global client base across multiple industries. She partnered with C-suite executives to ensure their talent strategies were aligned to their desired business outcomes. Previously, Susan worked with Citi in various operational and talent roles in multiple lines of business.
Over the course of her professional career, Susan has lived and worked in England, Japan, New York, Chicago, and now South Bend, where she is an active member of the community. She currently serves on the board of the South Bend Elkhart Regional Partnership, as an Advisor to INVANTI, and is also passionate about mentoring women who are advancing or transitioning in their careers.
Susan received her bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University, her M.Sc. from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and an Executive Management Certificate from the University of Notre Dame.
