Susan is a director and key shareholder of the Graham Allen Partners team. She is also President of SEMMA Health and is responsible for SEMMA's overall strategic growth as well as operational excellence and corporate client development and service. Prior to joining GAP, Susan was a tenured Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates working with a global client base across all industries.
She partnered with C-suite executives to ensure their talent strategies were aligned to their desired business outcomes. From small PE-backed organizations to Fortune 500 organizations, Susan's passion has been matching people to culture for team success and optimum organizational performance. Throughout the course of her time with Russell Reynolds, Susan has worked closely with and recruited many CHROs. Previously Susan worked with Citi in various operational and HR roles in multiple lines of business.
Over the course of her professional career, Susan has lived and worked in England, Japan, New York, Chicago and now South Bend. Susan received her B.S. in human and organizational development from Vanderbilt University, her M.Sc. in social policy and planning from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an Executive Management Certificate from University of Notre Dame.
